Our product

All of our products made of kimono are original and one and only.

Although we are committed to maintaining the quality of our products,  some small stains and scratches might be seen due to the characteristics of vintage kimono cloth.

Please check the condition of the product carefully and make sure that you are satisfied before purchasing.

Return / Exchange

Return only acceptable when you contact us within 7days after the product delivered with the following conditions.

• Defective products
  ex) sewing defect/ scratches or stains other than aging damage/ foreign substance etc
• Wrong delivery

Return is NOT acceptable with the following conditions.

• Order cancel after finished shipment
• Customer request
  ex) Doesn't fit, Different color from the product picture etc
• Delay in delivery beyond the our control  
• Return process other than specified our shop 

Refund

If you want to exchange, we refund as soon as possible when received the product after the return accepted.

返品・交換について

商品の返品を希望される場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をいただき、
下記要件を満たしている場合にお受けできます。

 
商品を返品していただくことになり、
返金を希望された場合は速やかに返金処理を行います。
